Mentorship and discipleship are key components of the WTIM initiative. We encourage women in their first five years of ministry to band together in small groups of 5 or less and follow an 18-24 month curriculum program created specifically to address needs and challenges faced in early-career ministry.
On-going access to ministry and leadership-development resources, including books, video interviews, sermons, and presentations by women in ministry.
